In support of our continued growth, Coveo is looking for an Online Marketing Manager join a collaborative team of marketing and business development experts. Based in your home office in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York, NY, and reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will create, manage, and optimize dynamic online acquisition campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial online marketing expert – passionate about digital marketing and social media in all forms – to contribute directly to the ongoing growth of the company.
Additional responsibilities include the following:
- Develop, implement, track and optimize online marketing campaigns to generate high quality leads that convert to opportunities for Coveo.
- Create, manage and optimize PPC campaigns via Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Bing, and other advertisers.
- Develop an A/B testing strategy and build processes to quickly and efficiently gather hypotheses, test them, and implement the results.
- Use all available data (website analytics, ad performance data, salesforce.com data, A/B test data, etc.) to drive traffic and quality paid conversions.
- Tie lead acquisition campaigns with middle of the funnel email nurturing campaigns to ensure that lead generation ultimately results in opportunity creation.
- Lead social marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with agency and Corporate Communications Director to develop and promote content on Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Slideshare, and Twitter.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop creative assets (such as landing pages, ad copy, banners, etc).
- Use Salesforce.com, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Marketo to track/monitor/optimize campaign results. Communicate results to marketing teammates and executives on a regular basis.
Qualifications include the following:
- 3-6 years managing paid campaigns (PPC and display), ideally for a B2B company where online marketing played a key role in new customer acquisition.
- Experience managing online marketing from end to end: Reporting on KPIs, budgets, campaign creation, execution, optimization and analysis.
- Exceptional paid search, display advertising and SEO skills. Familiarity with ad management platforms, such as Acquisio.
- Experience using analytics software such as Google Analytics, etc. Expertise performing advanced optimizations to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CTR, etc.
- Results-oriented, with a strong ability to execute and passion for marketing.
· The ability to adapt to rapid changes is a must.

The company provides news and entertainment content to Hispanic households in print, online, and mobile forms. The marketing specialist will be responsible for planning and executing new business lead development in an outbound environment including email campaigns, cold calling “2.0” or “warm” calling, good old fashioned cold calling, and direct mail. This person will execute email and direct mail campaigns, cultivate and manage lists, develop email content, test, measure, report, analyze to continually improve on effectiveness and establish and maintain a predictable flow of high quality leads.
